Simple translation for the local church, so everyone can belong.

One of our congregation - a lovely lady from Punjab, India who has been a faithful attendee for over 7 years told us that it's the first time she's come to church and 'understood everything that has been said'. It's hard not to get emotional.

We used Breeze on Pentecost Sunday. A Turkish lady of Muslim heritage, who had been coming for two or three weeks, was delighted to access the whole service in her native language — it was such a joy to speak with her afterwards.

Translation enables much greater engagement with the service, and shows those seeking sanctuary that they're welcome here. I've seen many smiles on the faces of new arrivals when they realise they're going to understand more than they expected.

About 60% of our church doesn't speak English at a high level. We have several families from Spanish-speaking countries that have really been engaged through Breeze, and many people from unreached Middle Eastern countries with deeper relationships through translation.

Every week I get great feedback from thankful people who have been able to follow the service — visitors and parents from abroad who aren't speaking much English, now following with ease.

Over one weekend it has already been a huge blessing — giving a voice to some of our Farsi-speaking believers. What a joy to see them able to express themselves during a Bible study.

It was a great blessing to reverse-translate from Arabic and Persian for people being baptised, and project their testimonies in English on the screen in real time.
