One of our congregation - a lovely lady from Punjab, India who has been a faithful attendee for over 7 years told us that it's the first time she's come to church and 'understood everything that has been said'. It's hard not to get emotional when you see the reaction people have to seeing (and hearing) things in their own languages.

I was recently very encouraged to hear from one of our Iranian men who has very limited English, but told me that with the aid of Breeze Translate he can understand 90% of the sermon.

A member of our congregation explained, with real emotions, how this was the first time he had had the sermon in his own language in over 7 years. He shared how much of an impact it had on him to finally understand all of what was preached.

One of our international brothers was feeling really down... That was the first week we offered Breeze and he was overjoyed. He got to understand more of the sermon and be fed faithfully from the gospel.

Our Farsi speakers love St Gabriels but until now, their level of engagement with the service has been hampered by the level of their English. Now they are able to follow along and go deeper with God through a fuller understanding of all parts of the service.

We have a Romanian lady in our church who has been coming faithfully for the past 3 years without understanding much of what was going on in the services. Now that she is able to have audio translation in her own language this is a real life changer. She was literally crying with joy the first time she could hear the sermon in her own language.

Breeze Translate allows me to understand the prayers and sermons during the service. As someone who is not completely fluent in English, it helps me feel more included and connected to the church community.

We had three fluent people following the sermon in Mandarin, Portuguese and Spanish using text translation, and all seemed very positive. There is very little lag. They will be grateful for this tool to help them understand better.

We had trialled the service in the morning and it went really well. The main thing was that our Farsi speakers could get on and use the service and they were impressed at how accurately it translated most things.

We were previously using Microsoft Translate, and having the ability to run translation through a computer terminal so we can connect directly to our soundboard has been incredibly helpful. The ability to use the soundboard for translation has made a major difference for us in terms of clarity.

Breeze Translate has been an excellent, easy, accessible tool that allows us to warmly welcome and effectively communicate with a range of people with whom that would otherwise be very challenging.

We tried it initially because an Iranian asylum seeker recently joined our congregation, and he's found the Farsi translation really useful. We've also found a second use: several of our elderly members have hearing problems, and setting them up with an English transcription lets them follow far more effectively.

A huge thank you for the multilingual feature - over one weekend it has already been a huge blessing to our church, giving a voice to some of our Farsi-speaking believers. What a joy to see them able to express themselves during a Bible study.

We have had great feedback from our partners who used Breeze during our Expect26 conference - quite a number of delegates used it throughout the week.

It was a great blessing to be able to reverse translate from Arabic and Persian for two of the four people being baptised, and project their testimonies in English on the screen in real time.
